Tushar Kumar has spent more than 25 years building, guiding and adapting businesses across real estate, commercial spaces, hospitality, healthcare and service-led ventures. His professional journey began in 1999 and has been shaped by direct involvement, practical decision-making and a belief that lasting institutions must remain useful and accountable to the people they serve.

Entrepreneurial foundation

Real estate formed the foundation of Tushar Kumar’s entrepreneurial work. Through GTM, his experience developed across residential and commercial projects, customer relationships, market cycles and the everyday realities of execution. That background reinforced a simple lesson: buildings may be physical assets, but reputation is built through communication, responsibility and dependable delivery.

Over time, the work expanded into mixed-use business environments and service-focused ventures. These include WFE City, which brings work, food and entertainment together; Tarunveda, focused on Ayurveda and holistic healthcare; and NRI Solutions 360, conceived to support Indians living abroad with practical needs in India.

Leadership and working philosophy

Tushar Kumar’s leadership style is hands-on and direct. He values clarity, accountability, the ability to adapt and long-term relationships over short-term appearances. His experience includes periods of growth, difficult market conditions, reinvention and new beginnings—each of which has strengthened his belief that leadership is tested most clearly when circumstances are uncertain.

He views experience as a working asset, not a title. For him, good leadership means understanding the actual problem, bringing the right people together, listening to informed advice and remaining personally responsible for the final decision.
