Tushar Kumar began his entrepreneurial journey in 1999. Real estate became the foundation of his work, bringing experience across residential and commercial development, construction, customer relationships, market cycles and on-ground execution. Over time, that experience shaped a clear belief: a business creates lasting value only when it remains useful, dependable and accountable to the people it serves.
His role has never been limited to high-level strategy. He believes that promoters must remain connected to sites, customers and operating teams. From real estate to service-led ventures
Through GTM Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd., Tushar Kumar has worked across real estate and construction for more than two decades. The group’s work has included housing, commercial spaces and hospitality-related projects in Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand and other markets.
His entrepreneurial interests later expanded into WFE City in Dehradun, a work, food and entertainment destination on Rajpur Road near Clock Tower. The project brings corporate offices, flexible workspaces, dining and entertainment into one mixed-use environment.
The journey also moved into healthcare through Tarunveda Ayurveda Hospital in Dwarka, New Delhi, and into practical India-support services through NRI Solutions 360. These ventures operate in different fields, but they are connected by the same principle: identify a genuine need, build a dependable system around it and remain responsible for the outcome.
Leadership approach
Tushar Kumar’s working style is direct and grounded. He values clear communication, practical decision-making and long-term relationships over short-term appearances. He believes risk should be understood rather than feared, and that difficult periods are often the strongest test of leadership and reputation.
